This is the most important part of the process as it will help us understand what is important to you in your next move and what makes you tick. Find the match

Once we understand your expectation, we will start to introduce jobs and clients that we represent. Our consultants understand deeply about the company they represent and can share with you a full picture of the culture, working environment, and career progression opportunities. This allows you to make informed choices about the companies you want to apply to. 


Together, we will come to a mutual agreement on short list of roles and companies that you are interested in. Your consultant will start talking to them about your background and why you are a good fit. 


We will support you in every stage of this process. We ensure to help you well prepare for the interviews and share with you general advice about the interview style, the person you will meet to ensure the interview goes smoothly. 


Once you are successful in the interviews and receiving a job offer from one of our clients, we will make sure that all your questions are answered to help you make informed decision. After you have decided to move on, we will also provide advice and support to go through the resignation process.
