Our executive recruitment methodology involves:


  • Carefully research and attract candidates which enables us to build an accurate assessment of the suitability, potential interest and availability of talent
  • Identify desired skills and leadership quality of potential talent via competency-based framework
  • Conduct in-depth, face-to-face interviews with potential candidates where we drill down on how they lead, how they overcome adversity, what drives them to succeed
  • Undertake detailed reference check to ensure there is no “grey area” and double confirm the candidate’s performance, attitude, behavior and other traits which makes the hiring decision smoother
