Job Description
- Lead and drive a high performing team account managers locally
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for Small Medium Business product
- Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all aspects of the Small Medium Business business
- Tier BoB and apply different approaches to manage clients of each tier to drive revenue.
- Remove ad review blockers for advertisers. Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders(ads review, finance, product etc.) to ensure good customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal resources (POC/Data/self-service PM/Ads platform/Ads delivery/Sales CRM platform) to develop product features/tools/delivery/account management strate

Requirements
- At least 5 years of prior work experience in digital marketing or media agencies
- Strong experience in Account Management, Brand management, Performance marketing, Digital marketing, and Ads Optimization skils
- Good communication, presentation and influence skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Can-do attitude and result-driven
