  • Taking care of stationary, equipment, furniture; Preparing contract with 3rd party
  • Managing telecommunication and postal services
  • Supporting in the Company events taking place in Hanoi
  • Receptionist
Sales Admin
  • Preparing weekly and monthly sale’s reports and other tasks
  • Managing payment process (invoices, late payment, etc.)
  • Cooperating with Head office to manage system accounts (emails, Trakin, etc.) 
  • Good English skills
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Priority over applicants could start as soon as possible
  • Working location: Center of Hanoi
