Your key responsibilities

- Develop new products (message, packaging, design), manage the entire product launch process to the market. Combine with other departments to plan your business and monitor the business process every day for timely support actions
- Set up brand positioning, follow and keep the position via activities concept
- Analyze and understand market research, consumer trends of customers, competitors and listen to market reactions to identify market potential, unmet consumer needs and suggest branding and support plans
- Coordinate with other departments to complete the MKT goals

Our key requirements

- At least 03 years of experience working in the field of MKT at the same position in FMCG, MNC companies
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good problem analysis & solving skills
- Adapting well to work and working environment
- Complete well the assigned tasks
- Enthusiastic and enthusiastic at work
