A rapidly growing company that offer its clients high value-added hosting solutions, e-business solution outsourcing, and IT managed services. They serve many international customers in APAC and look into expanding their business further in APAC. As a result, a Business Development Manager is sought after. In this role, you will be based in Vietnam and responsible for the entire sales cycle in Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Description
- Seeking out new prospects
- Taking appointments
- Identifying and assessing the client’s needs and potential
- Preparing business and technical proposals
- Negotiating the delivery of all services for a customized solution
- Following up on the signed service agreements and guaranteeing quality service
- Design and implementation of new offerings (products / services) or innovative business models and adapted to the needs of clients / prospects
- Find suitable partners to boost sales

- Have 8 to 15 years of professional sales experience in the IT industry
- Have experience working with the Singapore or APAC market
- Be able to recruit and develop talent in Vietnam
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking and writing)
- Communication in Vietnamese is Optional
- Sales techniques and negotiation
- Good knowledge of the local market
- Knowledge of the IT world
- Technical understanding about the profession company
