Your key responsibilities- Develop the strategic plan to grow digital sales of Banking products (Credit Card Payment, Savings, CASA/Payments etc.), demonstrate the value of digital campaigns and expand sales opportunities to new markets and customers.
- Oversee a broad digital fulfillment team charged with creating a full pipeline of digital business.
- Self-design new digital campaigns processes to optimize the sale process
- Oversight of internal workflow process
- Implement strategic partnership development to achieve the sales opportunity
- Train team members about our Digital product suite features and benefits, and provide coaching and development to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
Our key requirements- Hold a Bachelor's Degree and above in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, etc
- Have a minimum 3-year experience in Digital Marketing Manager/ related position
- Have preferred resource background in Business development for eCommerce, OTT, Digital Banking
