Job Description
 Establishes and implements reward and benefits strategies with direct impact on remuneration of all country employees
 Makes decisions and recommendations in order to achieve C&B management results, preventing delays in assigned work and eliminating the risk of substantial expenditures of time, human resources.
 Manages the workload of the C&B team
 Ensuring payroll is completed accurately and processed in a timely manner
 Remains up to date with changes in laws and regulations in relation to payroll, tax and other legislative requirements.
 Be accountable to his/her direct superior for the delivery of strategic business results
 Provides leadership support to his/her teams
 Provides C&B solutions for the management
 Be accountable for the staying up to date with Regional requirements in C&B
 Establishes and implements compensation and benefits policies
 Monitors the company salary structure and benefit schemes to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff
 Conducts/ reviews and participates in remuneration surveys to ensure external competitiveness
 Makes recommendations on development and implementation of new benefit packages or changes to benefit schemes
 Aligns compensation and benefits review processes to Regional Office
 Develops and evaluates performance targets and goals
 Provides leadership and motivation to all staff within the scope of responsibility
 Company size: 600HCs. Subordinates: 2HCs

• 5-7 years relevant HR Management experience.
• At least 5 years in C&B relevant positions and 3 years in management position
• Bachelor’s degree
• Specialist HR qualification in compensation and benefits
• Broad HR working knowledge
• Database management skills
• Software skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Skills in statistical approach
• English communication skills, spoken and written
