Our client is looking for an experienced Finance and Admin Manager to plan the organization's financial strategy. The ideal candidate will coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecast and report variances. The goal is to protect the company's revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

Job Description
- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements
- Producing long-term financial plans and ensuring the cash-flow is appropriate for the organization's operations
- Preparing daily/periodic invoicing-process for all relevant departments upon receipt of requests
- Preparing daily/periodic purchasing of raw materials, spare parts..
- Tracking the health, safety, and welfare of all employees
- Monitoring the employee's performance and attendance and ensuring payroll process

Requirements
- Hold a bachelor/master degree in Finance & Commerce
- Have 6-8 year of experience as CFO or Financial Manager
- Have a self-discipline with high ethical values
- Have strong leadership and organizational skills
