A worlds' leading energy company is looking for a Channel Sales Representative based in Mekong Delta

Job Description
- Develop and manage distribution network in the assigned territory
- Ensure each distributor is aligned in goal, business focus to maximize company's business
- Support distributors are performing their roles and achieving KPIs target set by company
- Manage market intelligence and monitor market trends in the region
- Support distribution partners in the sale of products, including training, sales meeting, technical expertise and marketing support of the company product portfolio.
- Assess the distributors' compliance with company standard
- Other tasks as assigned by Sales Head

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Chemical related
- 5 years of sales experience required : FMCG, Chemical industry background is preferred
- B2C sales experience in a multi-national company is an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, able to work independently and in a team under pressure
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese both speaking and writing
- Able to based in Mekong Delta area
