Your key responsibilitiesIT Strategy
Set the vision, mission and strategy of the organization
Steer alignment of IT strategy with group IT strategy, company strategy and business function demand
Ensure delivery of all technology capabilities required to implement the strategy
Business relationship management
Establish effective business/IT governance and acts as a trusted advisor for executive management to understand business needs and shape the digital agenda.
Optimization of organization and process structures for IT service delivery
Establish state-of-the art architecture and platforms to enable digital manufacturing
Ensuring IT architectures that support the business, in particular ERP and other applications such as Property Management System, Maintenance System.
Provide strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, operation and support of IT systems and programs, including management of: architecture, cyber security risk, business resilience, data, sourcing and ecosystems
Procurement and optimization of the company’s IT infrastructure
Financial planning & accountability
Financial planning for an optimal IT budget use and active cost control
Controlling for the active and targeted control of the IT (cost transparency)
Planning and monitoring of an IT portfolio which is agreed with the business units
Protection of information, data and services according to business value
Optimization of the IT actual output ratio in cooperation with service providers
Leadership of the direct employees: recruitment, assignment, working time, quality, target agreements, development/promotion, ensuring medium-term skills needs
Foster agile way of working between business & tech function.
Design an agile tech organization and project delivery according to best practices
Our key requirementsUniversity degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering
15+ years of overall IT management experience
5+ years of specific management experience in one of following industries: commercial real estate industries/ retail industry/ property management and real estate development industry/ hospitality industry/ education industry.
Track-record of successfully leading large IT transformations
Deep technology expertise, specifically in Business and IT governance, IT Architecture, Cyber Security and Risk, IT sourcing
Excellent leadership skills including ability to lead by influence across functions
Hands-on mentality to plan and successfully drive forward implementation
Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills, excellent motivator and coach and strong networking and influencing skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
