Job Description
• Responsible to develop distribution channels
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s distributor network and ensure its strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting distributor relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Monitor and control sales of general trade, modern trade and other channels, including promotional events
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Commercial teams
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Having at least 8 years of work experience as a sales management with at least 3 years experience in Personal Care/ Beauty products
• Strong networking with general trade channels
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
