Job Description
- Set up and operate the organization in terms of Back office Division and Sales Division for a sustainable development
- Collaborate with CEO and Chairman for corporate growth and evolution
- Ensure all program initiatives align with the company's core value and culture
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Manage relationships with employees, partners, and vendors

Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in staffing or human resources
- Have more than 10 years of experience in management in the Education sector
- Have excellent understanding in finance, advanced business planning with a budget mindset
