Cost & Management Accounting Manager

Company Overview
A Vietnamese-based steel manufacturing and construction company that specializes in the Design, Fabrication and Erection of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings. They are looking for a cost and Management Accounting Manager who will be responsible for costing management as well as financial budgeting and forcasting.

Job Description
Costing management:
- Manage all BOM set in the system to ensure the information up to date
-Review all inventory related entries in the system to ensure correct postings, and provide any adjustment entries if needed
- Participate in stock count process
- Ensure all products have cost correctly
- Reconcile with regard to inventory
- Prepare the variance report to explain any significant variance between BOM and the actual result

- Leadership role in budget processes: forecasting, budgeting, evaluation
- Variance analysis report to explain for any favourable/ unfavourable actual performance versus budget
- Keeping updated about market environment and, together with the team, building market & consumer insights into business plans accordingly
- Support to manage KPI set by the company for each department or for each value chain

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance
- Have at least 5 years working experience in multi-national companies (manufacturing preferred) in the relevant position.
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent computer skills in using Microsoft Office Applications
- Having strong analytical skills and good business sense
- Possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Being proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
