Job Description
• Support overall delivery of the Global Dynamics solution within the programme’s allocated schedule
• Work within the scrum delivery team to design and configure the Dynamics CRM solutions
• Provide evangelist support to business and programme team members for key Dynamics features
Deliver high quality Dynamics solutions to the programme’s business requirements
• Configure and custom the Dynamics product to meet these requirements
• Interface effectively with other members of the delivery team and the solution Architect to ensure that the CRM solution designs match the requirements
• Ensure the implementation of best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration/customizations
• Evangelize the Dynamics core features and functionalities to support business decision making process
• Guide and support the Product Owner and business users to help improve knowledge of the platform
• Participate in and contribute to all scrum-based meetings, ensuring all agreed tasks are delivered according to the sprint goals
• Identify project/product risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary

Requirements
• MS Dynamics CRM Certifications
• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
• 5+ years Dynamics CRM Configuration/customization
• 5+ years with all Dynamics areas (CRM, Marketing, Customer Service, Portal)
• Experience of process alignment to out of box functionality
• Solution design
• Critical thinking
• Configuration/customization
• Testing and debugging
• Development tools (Visual Studio)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• English as primary language
