Our client is an international expense management solutions provider for fuel and fleet services for multinational companies and conglomerates.

Your key responsibilities

Direct report to Operations Manager, you will be in charge of:

Customer support:
- Deployment and training new customers
- Conducting service support to external stakeholders when required with excellent service quality
- Engaging dealings with customers over the phone, via email and in person
- Working mainly with CRM
- Action leads, customer enquiries and complaints in an appropriate manner
- Deliver several data analytics on external stakeholder’s activities and performance

Network compliance :
- Merchant on phone contact: scheduling phone call to merchant for new update and deliver necessary guidance (if required)
- Merchant site visit: frequently visit merchant location for policy compliance checking
- Merchant training (if needed)

- Contract management
- Payment collection verification
- Follow up on claim process and dispute resolution

Our key requirements

You must have 6 tp 8 years' experience in a similar function in automotive service industry or fleet management services. If you have a specific certificate related to Customer service, it would be a great advantage.

You will also have to demonstrate:
- Ability in communication
- Ability to document and develop strong processes
- Excellent IT soft skills (Office & CRM)
- Ability to problem solve and take responsibility for a process area
- Engaging interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- Proven customer service and telephone sales skills
- Detail thinking
- Ability to listen and respond to needs of others
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Diligent and ensure tasks are fully completed
