Your key responsibilities- Oversee and monitor customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback
- Strategy and manage daily activities of customer service operation
- Prepare reports and correspondence as needed
- Investigate and solving customer service complaints.
Our key requirements- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar position
- Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment
