The Customer Service Supervisor manages the Customer Service team by providing clear goals, strategies and initiatives and driving the necessary change to ensure achievement of divisional financial and non-financial metrics.
- Report to: Customer Service Manager
- Subordinates: Direct 5-10 Team Leaders & indirect up to 200 Executives
- Handle order processing in accounts
- Handle customer complaint
- Coordinate with others department
- Team Management
- Safety and environment management
Our key requirements:
- 6 to 10 years' Customer Service or related experience a plus
- Experienced in industrial/manufacturing related industries
- Experienced in managing a big scale team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem solving skills, organization skills and monitor skills
