Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and build retail banking strategy in line with the Bank's overall strategy.
  • Researching and developing new products for credit activities, deposits, credit / non-credit programs
  • Develop sales policies, pricing policies, client policies for the SOC to support sales to increase the number of customers/ product sales;
  • Collaborate with relevant departments such as risk management, credit to develop and develop credit policies, risk management models, and manage risks arising in credit and service activities for individual clients
  • Collaborate with personnel to develop and adjust personnel policies (recruitment process, compensation, etc.), incentive programs, performance management / evaluation processes and programs.
  • Training and coaching to develop employees in the Unit to improve employee productivity and efficiency;
  • Conducting staff performance reviews and monitoring review process at the units to ensure the performance in accordance with KPIs;
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Managers.
     

Our key requirements

  • University degree or above, major in Finance - Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics
  • At least 05 years of experience in managing the implementation & development of retail banking activities.
  • Candidates with experience in managing large sales teams or sales channels and having the ability to promote the sale is preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the retail business model at the overall level of products, profits, sales channels;
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to develop people;
  • Be able to strategically guide large and new business activities in the market;
  • Ability to coordinate units in the Bank to implement cooperation programs with external partners;
  • Priority is given to candidates who have worked at foreign banks or domestic banks with large scale and strong development level;
  • Good command in English, MS office
