Your key responsibilities

- Build and manage team to execute digital & social media strategy that transforming end-user customer engagement while at the same time driving world class effectiveness and efficiency
- Maintenance & Content Development on current owned digital and social assets
- Design & track appropriate metrics to measure business impact in conjunction with Data & Analytics leader
- Manage, build Search Strategy (SEO & SEM).
- Govern country website/microsite development to help minimise rework & maximise ROI
- Drive though leadership on digital strategy, enhance engagement process in digital across functions, internal and external partners.
- Work with Global & Region teams to explore and drive innovation; support service delivery to end-user customers in local; capability to support other countries
- Understand CRM and drive CRM integrated all digital & data touch-point
- Maintain a strong relationship with global digital agency and internal digital marketing teams
- Manage the A&P budget for website projects & look for opportunities for regions to collaborate on projects to optimise regional spend
- Develop consistent leading indicator metrics to optimize future digital campaign performance
- Have a good knowledge of E-commerce

Our key requirements

- A minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management/Marketing
- Have in-depth and extensive experience in Digital Marketing with deep knowledge of digital technology and media a good creative appreciation
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Leadership of cross-functional or organizational teams to deliver projects
- Proven collaboration & negotiation skills, particularly across cultures
- Demonstrated global mindset with a visionary, inspirational, creative & resilient profile
- Experience in developing/managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Understanding of IT projects
