Divisional Merchandising Manager

Your future employer:

Our client is a global garment vendor companies specializing in supplying for US markets.

Your responsibilities:

Reporting directly to Executive Director in Vietnam and functionally to Vice President (Account), you will be leading a sizeable team consists of 2 to 3 Merchandising Managers and 10 to 20 Merchandisers.

  • Account Management: Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities via participating in buyers' meeting, buyers' trips, handling customers' enquiries, complaints and claims.

  • Team Management: Manage the team to achieve division’s business objectives by efficient work delegation, working out solutions to problem with team members.

  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain a strong local and regional vendor network to meet customers’ current and future business needs.

  • Business Development: Develop new business opportunities with customers.

 Our key requirements:

  • From minimum 10 years of experience in Garment Industries, with 5 to10 years working at management level

  • Strong experience and having great passion in Planning and Production Management

  • Strong leadership and the charisma to get along and lead the team

  • Strong communication skill to work closely with international customer

  • Good English skill

  • Willing to travel
