Strategic Planning
1. Service Business Plan & strategy development; Service Channel setup; resource planning & capability development.
2. Service strategy with focus on cost % manpower optimization, delivering customer delight through various programs, ensuring Service reach and lowest TAT all across the country.
3. Designing service processes, Policies, guidelines for Service centers/ service providers.  

Service Quality Management
1. Executing programs ensuring continuous improvement in key customer focused processes
2. Planning of Device service support arrangement as per business needs.  

Operations Management
1. Planning and incorporation of processes for enhancement of Service Revenue and control service Budget.
2. Developing Automation of After sales support function for effective control and accuracy in processes.

-Knowledge of Process implementation and improvement, tracking budget expenses and Call Centre operations management skills.
-Knowledge of turning service operations into a profit center strategic business unit
-Experience in Consumer Electronic industry
