Your key responsibilitiesReporting to the Country Manager, the Country HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department to formulating the long & short-term HR strategies, steering/ directing HR operations to deliver the HR strategies successfully & sustainable aligned with business priorities. This role is also dotted line report to HR Director of the MU – SEA to assist him/her in implementing regional HR projects, aligning local HR strategies, policies, and practices aligning MU/Region/Global HR strategy, policy and process.
This position will be authorized to represent the Country Manager in dealing with all government authorities, tax auditors, outsourced HR service providers, etc. related to all employee relations or legal matters related to human resources of the Company.
Our key requirementsBachelor/ Master degree
At least 3-5 years of working experience in similar position in MNC organizations or other FMCG companies.
Hands on experience in HR professionals.
Good knowledge of relevant labor laws and ability to interact with counterparts, government agencies.
Excellent in presentation skill to easily communicate with audiences in both Vietnamese and English.
Show strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential.
Self-motivation and be accountable for own actions.
Able to work under high pressure and flexible business environment.
