Your key responsibilitiesRoles & responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Wealth Management and Private Banking products solutions for high-net-worth client segment
• Building best-in-class products and solutions to deliver business objectives of HNW segment and gain market leadership
• Developing product proposition and distribution architecture in compliance with regulations
• Delivering business goals for the products, in line with HNW business objectives and opportunities
• Building and leveraging principal partnership to enhance product suite for HNW customers
• Building investment strategies based on macros and micros to guide relationship team and clients with market outlook and product briefs and suitability
• Enabling relationship teams through coaching, training and sales support tools to be able to offer suitable solutions to clients
• Active participation in leading and motivating relationship teams to achieve desired outcome. Build sales promotion and stimulus programs.
• Focus on exploring penetration and cross sell opportunities to increase clients, AUM and income
• Coordinate with various work streams to promote product proposition and client experience
• Develop Product specialist team dedicated for Private segment to guide, coach and train sales staff at branches/PB centers.
