Your key responsibilities

As the Head of Sales, you will be in charge of people management. Report directly to the VP Industrial and Country Manager, your key responsibility is to lead the Sales Team across nationwide and head the sales growth effectively push distributors and pull end-users to accelerate the business growth within assigned key segments - Automotive & Industrial.

- Drive profitable growth in the country by executing specific country strategy reflecting SEA strategic priorities
- Lead and develop the local organisation based on the strategic and talent requirements
- Be responsible and accountable for the full P&L of the sales organization in legal entity
- Work together with the SEA Management Team on driving new initiatives for growth an profitability

Our key requirements

- Have minimum 10 years of relevant business, technical and leadership experience, preferably in a industrial MNC environment
- University Degree in Engineering/Business Administration (MBA) (Mechanical engineering will be an added advantage)
- In-depth understanding of different channel approaches in industrial businesses (distribution, OEM and end-customer)
- Be familiar with digitization trends in industrial field (e.g. Industry 4.0 / IIoT) and corresponding service offerings
- Strong and proven leadership skills in developing an organization in a multicultural context - experience in leading a team of similar size and turnover
