Your key responsibilitiesResponsible for creating and driving HR strategy and roadmap. Key deliverable of the role involve:
Proactively work with the General Manager and other Business Functions to create and align the HR Strategy with business strategy.
Organization Structuring and Planning
Talent Acquisition, Management & Development
Remuneration & Rewards Management
Industrial Relations Strategy & Management.
Work closely with General Manager to design & develop HR policies, processes and practices.
Our key requirements13-15 years.
English language fluency
At least 4 to 6 years should be in a leadership role in Human Resources
Vietnamese LOCAL with majority experience in the Vietnam market
Must have manufacturing experience in MNC, Industrial relations management.
Experience in Recruitment, Learning & Development processes and Culture building for an organization above 3000 employee will be important.
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently at all levels in the organization
Team player with excellent relationship management skills
