Job Description
Proactively work with the General Manager and Regional HRM to create and align the HR Strategy with business strategy. Key deliverable of the role involve:

Requirements
7-10 years.
English language fluency
At least 4 to 6 years should be in a leadership role in Human Resources
Vietnamese LOCAL with majority experience in the Vietnam market
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently at all levels in the organization
Team player with excellent relationship management skills
