Your key responsibilities

• Develop policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.
• Designing the Organization Structure
• Hiring Potential talents
• Maintaining a smooth on-boarding process
• Training, counseling and coaching staff
• Resolving conflicts
• Conducting performance and wage reviews
• Make employee development strategies and identify potential employees
• Ensuring all the work equipments are proper and appropriate to use
• Coordinating with third parties related with HR (payroll or outsourcing vendor)

Our key requirements

• MNC backgrounds is preferable, with strong cultural building experiences
• Strong on psychological analysis, having a strong people leadership skill through understanding people’ psychology and behaviors very well
• Bachelor Degree in HR Management or equivalent
• Experience in HR or related field
• Having experience at least 5 years in HR function
• Having knowledge in retail, beauty, and e-commerce industry are preferable
• Minimal GPA 3,00
• Good communication skills
• Experience using computer and Microsoft application
• Good English skills
