Job Description
- Manage full life-cycle customer projects
- Follow project’s schedule and budget, prepare quotes, organize meetings with end-customers
- Quest for customer satisfaction and always seek for solution improvement
- Develop strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact as well as managing stakeholder expectations
- Develop and implement policies, protocols and procedures
- Work in a professional environment with a worldwide team of experts
- Report directly to the end-customer

- At least 2 years of experience as Service Manager or equivalent for Japanese accounts
- Good communication skills, written and spoken (English + Japanese ( N2 or N1 + proof Working Experience at the minimum if local Vietnamese candidats or Japanese citizen in Vietnam)
- Good IT technical Knowledge and project management skills (Having knowledge on Cloud & Infrastructure Managed Services is a plus)
- Written and verbal English communication skills is a plus
- Excellent problem solving
- Being able to work in teamwork and being autonomous
- Rigorous and organized
- Office (Excel, PPT, word…)
