Your responsibilities:

Being a Key Account Manager, you will  apply tender knowledge, experience and ingenuity to manage and lead the Accounts team nationwide 

  • Key accounts management nationwide
  • Tender and listing management on key accounts
  • Key customers relationship building
  • Identify chance and win new business in term of listing and tender

Accountability/ Scope:

  • Country Sales & Margin
  • 100% renewal rate of profitable business
  • 40% win rate of new customers
  • Customer Retention Rate
  • Net Promoter Score
  • Economic profitability

Report to

  • National Field Force Manager

Direct Reports:

  •  Key Account Managers, Account Executives 

About you:


  • Effective communication
  • Good at interpersonal skills
  • Good at presentation
  • Good at business planning
  • Project/ Program management skill
  • Computer skill (Word/ Excel/ Power Point)
  • Proficient in English (Speaking & Writing)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor of Medical Doctor, Pharmacy background  is a MUST
  • At least 3 years in Tender Management position at pharmaceutical MNCs environments
  • Mastery level experience managing strategic key accounts      
  • Experience working with senior level KOLs, MOH, SOH
  • Proven success at winning tenders at large, complex accounts
