Your key responsibilities- Bring good quality leads to the Company through personal contact, partnership.
- Create and implement strategy or program in order to set up relationship with decision maker/ influencer or organizations where can give company valuable and active leads.
- Manage OPC Team (outside personal contact) who work in promotion spots including support arranging locations for survey.
- Managing and developing employees with good results
Our key requirements- Knowledge of real estate, corporate sales, insurance, bank – direct sales industry. Preferred candidates from Insurance/ Personal banking/ Consumer goods.
- Experience generating data of from different sources for at least 5 years.
- Excellent presentation ability, strong negotiation background and working skills with customers.
- Excellent business networks, know how to build up relationships with business.
- On the field manager: always hands on and manage closely day-to-day target.
- Fluently in English skills.
- High level KPI management performer.
