Job Description
- Role Purposes:

1. Conceptualize, plan, organize and execute major company marketing local events including New new product launch, seminars,recognition events at big size of scale from 3,000 and up to 5000 participants
2. Documentation of events
3. Build and maintain rapport with both internal and external customers

- Skills & Knowledge:

Good Customer Service skills.
Good communication skills in both spoken and written forms, both English and Vietnamese.
Be creative in proposing new ideas for events.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Understanding about finance and/ or budget controlling is an advantage.
Be able to work under high pressure
Be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time

- Experience:

Bachelor graduated with major in English Linguistic, Economics, Business Administration or related area.
6-10 year working experience in administration or event organizing.
