Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy and planning in both strategic and effective ways
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies for promotion
  • Training and performance evaluations of marketing team and oversee their daily activities
  • Attract more customers to buy from the company and to raise brand awareness/ brand preferences and loyalty through the creative consumer-centric marketing campaigns
  • Measure effectiveness versus agreed KPIs of all marketing campaigns and activities 
  • Proactively propose improvement plans where needed across all communication channels

Our Key Requirements

  • Experience in Marketing and Business Development. Strong Consumer Brand communication/ Digital/ Social Media knowledge and experiences
  • Having experience at least 4 years in Marketing/ Business Development
  • Having knowledge in retail, beauty, and e-commerce industry
  • Having strong network in beauty industry/brands
  • Good communication, inspirational and highly consumer-centric, problem solving, and strong negotiation skills
