Job Description
- Responsible for the whole marketing communication from ATL & BTL with Digital led and partnering with
National Brands for the company
- Devise, develop with Head of Marketing and implement an appropriate brand communication strategy
to execution for the company's master brand, and Thematic campaign launch from regional to deliver a
customer-oriented and cost-effective route to acquire and renew subscribers and customers at stores
- Develop marketing campaign briefs for new product, events, promotions, etc. that are used by the marketing divisions to align on campaign goals, key messaging, channel inclusions and timelines
- Identify and bring forward new innovative creative ideas to test in market; embrace marketing technology to better deliver content across marketing channels
- Work with media agencies to understand the paid media strategy for marketing segmentation to develop digital content for paid channels; implement message testing then optimize and amplify across other channels
- Works to understand consumer behavior and engagement patterns with brand messaging
- Together drive and support E-coms Manager to develop effective digital content platform to drive E-coms
business
- Take responsibility for the management and ongoing coaching of brand communication team: digital, ATL& BTL core skills /competencies identified for the roles within best practice guidelines

Requirements
- Experience of managing 360 communication platforms at manager level with technical skills in communication strategic
- 5 -7 years of experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns for a product, service or experience
- Must have experience in Retail (Cosmetic/ Fashion)
- Strong organization, communications and people management skills
