Your responsibilities:

Reporting into the HR Director, you will be leading a team of 4 include Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Career Advisory while covering the full spectrum duties across Organization Development.

  • Design new initiatives to develop talent acquisition

  • Lead Learning & Development function

  • Develop talent management

  • Enforce the company’s culture & performance

Our key requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in HR or relevant fields, MBA is preferred

  • Minimum 8 years of HR management experiences in multinational companies, strong L&D experience is a plus

  • Dynamic and decisive

  • Influence and presentation skills

  • Good oral and written communication English & Vietnamese

  • Open-minded and flexible

  • Strong leadership & leading change
