RGF's client is a Hongkong Start-up founded in 2019 and is aiming to provide smart logistics and SaaS solutions for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia market, meeting their needs for food & parcel delivery and last-mile logistics.

Job Description
- Act as key contact window with our 1st account (among many more) to understand their needs, collect and consolidating the account's requests and requirements.

- Liaise with internal team & buisness partners to provide high level of service and optimized last-mile solutions to customers.

- Keep regular communications with partners by activating sets of service including ad sales, promotional deals, online marketing packages etc. in order to facilitate portfolio & revenue growth and meet or exceed the goals of partner retention, development and maintenance.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in account management and last-mile logistics operations.

- Strong communication with good customer service and solutions-focused mindset.

- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese
