Regional Sales Manager

They are seeking for a Regional Sales Manager with hands-on experience who will lead a sales team and take care of development of a sales, distribution and trade plan to achieve the company target regionally.

Your responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage a regional selling system including sales force, distributors, retailers, selling routes, delivery…that follows the national sales and distribution strategy, model and guidelines

  • Allocate annually and quarterly sales and distribution target to the sales team and distributors

  • Ensure the sales team and distributors to comply with the company working process and policy

  • Manage the selling and reporting system (MCP, DMS...) through the sales team and distributors to ensure it to be compliance, accurate and on-time

Our key requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor Degree or above

  • Have at least 6 years of experience working in FMCG and 4 years of experience in Sales managerial staff level

  • At least 4 years in Sales managerial staff level

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese

  • Familiar with SAP environment

  • Good office computer skills (word, excel, ppt, visio)
