Our client is a leading Financial serivices company in Viet Nam, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) based in MeKong Delta who will in charge all of sales team for 6 provinces in Long An-An Giang - Đồng Tháp- Cần Tho- Khánh Hòa & Đà Nẳng

Job Description
- Developing & executing sales campaigns
- Working closely with Sales, Business Development Department to maintain an up-to-date contact list of potential customers
- Coaching and monitoring Team to achieve good KPI achievement
- Updating and moritoring sales result, feedbacks from other departments and parners to push Team to meet the targets
- Recording customer data and productivity metrics (e.g.. products & services sold per day) for productivity analysis and reporting purpose
- Ensuring Team business operation in compliance with internal & external policies, regulations & standards
- Managing and updating continuously call scripts/protedures
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with agents and affiliates. Building good relationship with other departments in the company.
- Regularly updating CF market changes and suggest/propose the method/solution to cope with change accordingly
- Undertaking other tasks assigned by Head of Sales

Requirements
• University Graduation with major: Business Administration, Economics or relevant areas
• At least 4 years’ experience working in FMCG or Consumer Finance management position, preferably working in banking or financial institution.
• Experience in regional Sales
• Deep understanding of Consumer Finance bank’s products
• Strong oral & vebal communication skill
• Leadership & negotiation skills
• Time management skill
• Analytical skill
• Integrity & honesty
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Fluency in Vietnamese & English
