Job Description
You will be in charge of Sales and Marketing for fuel & fleet card services.

- Overall ownership of driving revenue within the country
- Develop, implement and execute company sales strategies
- Enhance fleet card services offer in Vietnam
- Develop and maintain relationship with key business partners (petrol companies, gas station owners, logistics professionals, industry associations, fleet services suppliers…)
- Develop and maintain healthy pipeline of large client prospect
- Actively organize sales calls and present to clients and partners
- Understand client requirement and liaise with IT & operation teams to develop best solution
- Prepare and present business proposal.
- Ensure excellent deployment of business solution to clients
- Track and report sales activity and performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required by management.
- Hiring, coaching and monitoring a small successful sales team
- Support other departments and management to help them achieve their objectives as they relate to the sales group
- Prepare yearly and monthly sales budget reports

- Creation and Implementation of the local marketing plan
- Development of suitable marketing collateral and presentation materials
- Enrich the content of the websites
- Lead synergies with other business partners/distributors

- University Degree or MBA who has experience working overseas or for an international company
- Fluent in English – written and spoken
- Industry background: preferred Services
- More than 12 years of successful selling experience in B2B sales of management solutions and concepts (medium to large companies)
- Excellent knowledge of the logistics and transportation service markets would be a plus
- Have more than 4 years' sales management role experience
