Job Description
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Understand category-specific markets and trends
• Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of the business

• Male or Female, over 40 years old.
• Education Background: Bachelor or Master degree
• Experiences: at least 5 years at the position of Director.
• Professional knowledge: Sales & Marketing, Business Administration
• Professional skills: management, problem-solving, decision making, planning and organizing, presentation, communication.
• Personal characters: leadership, friendly, open-minded, listening and sharing.
• Foreign language: fluent English, at 4 skills: listening – speaking – reading - writing
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Email, Internet Explorer.
