- Responsible for developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets
- Orienting the distribution strategies for business development and expanding national wide distribution systems
- Monitoring sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on a regular basis to achieve sales targets
- Managing Trade Marketing team for trade promotion and activation
- Analyzing sales data and presenting monthly sales analysis
- Inspiring, motivating, coaching, developing sub-ordinates to deliver business objectives & personal development plans

- Strong experience in developing Modern Trade
- Experience in Trade Marketing (both GT and MT) is a must
- At least 15 years of working experience in FMCG companies
- Good analytical and strategic thinking
- Must be able to travel upcountry to provinces in Vietnam to meet clients
