Our client is one of the world's largest manufacturers of valves, pumps, and seals.

Job Description
• Monitor, motivate and guide agent/distributor to focus on selling products
• Provide technical support for agents/distributors and end user customers
• Work with application engineers on proposal strategy and entering clean orders to business unit
• Co-ordinate between agent, end customer and business unit on all post order matters
• Report job status, market trends, competitor actions to Management as applicable
• Provide the necessary training and familiarization for less experienced sales engineers
• Work with agents/distributors and end customers with the aim of securing orders at the best possible price and under the best possible terms
• Promote products in advance, prepare quotations, handle technical/commercial clarifications
• Co-ordinate with business units and other involved overseas sales all aspects of the sale
• Coordinate key projects or targeted customers working with application engineers and business units’ personnel
• Develop the strategic sales plan and the agent/distributor development plans of the country of responsibility

• Possess Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pump/Rotating equipment, preferably in Sales
• Able to travel domestically and internationally when required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure in accomplish tasks
