Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic and operational sales plans for the territory to achieve and exceed targets
- Drive sales activities, projects and key performance indicators of the territory
- Identify and implement strategies for key customer accounts, market segmentation to ensure effective market penetration
- Maintain a consolidated territory database (CRM – currently Salesforce)
- Provide accurate input for the forecasting process to develop the annual budget and Mid-Term Financial Plan
- Assist dealers and/or direct sales personnel in the preparation of tenders as required

- 5 to 8 years of sales experience in a similar industry
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management
- Able to manage the sales of a wide range of products and able to understand the market nuances and demands vis a vis company strategy
- Have knowledge of surveying and engineering sales in Vietnam market
- Have in-depth knowledge and experience in implementing dealer and/or direct sales practices and policies
