A German manufacturer of precise components for textile production industry. They offer a secure and motivating working environment where work-life balance is a key focus. The company is now looking for a Sales Manager working their Knitting Department who will oversee the sales and distribution activities to identify and develop new customers for the company's products and services.

Your key responsibilities

- Develop and coordinate the sales functions and selling cycles methodology
- Research and develop strategies and plans that identify sales opportunities, direct sales , and new project development
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
- Participate in the development of new project proposals
- Establish and implement short-term and long-term goals, objectives, and operating procedures as required by the management
- Ensure that all sales tools and materials are available to all customers and dealers
- Promote positive relations with, vendors, and distributors
- Monitor and analyse sales activities against targets and competitors
- Be responsible for overseeing all sales activities in assigned regions
- Handle and expedites customer problems and complaints
- Supply management orally and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Our key requirements

- Hold a Bachelor or Diploma degree in Business, Economy or related field
- Have at least 5 years' proven experience in sales development working at a foreign company in Vietnam, preferable in the Knitting/Garment Industry
- Have a good connection within the Vietnam garment industry and with the big international fashion preferred
- Have experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management
- Have knowledge of structuring sales goals and revenue expectations and experience in planning sales strategies
- Excellent English language skills
