Our client is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help them meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Your key responsibilities

• Ensure business growth in Vietnam and ASEAN sales of service business market
• Prepare, develop and maintain technical and commercial offers, sales records and sales reports
• Develop markets, clients and project opportunities in Vietnam and the ASEAN region
• Carry out negotiations with clients and partners in the most effective and efficient manner
• Track industry trends to understand their impact and develop a strategy to ensure profitable business growth while incorporating budgeting and short and midterm milestones – to deliver the annual and long term targets
• Coordinate with existing clients for an ongoing transaction

Our key requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent product and technical knowledge
• Minimum 5 years of experience gained with crushers/sales of crushers related positions
