A major Vietnamese-based steel manufacturing and construction company that specializes in the Design, Fabrication and Erection of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings

Your key responsibilities

You will responsible for designing Buildings in accordance with the PIF (Project Information Form) requirements. The Design Process as follows:
- Stability check
- Safe design
- Economical member sizing
- Following the company's standards for inventory items, pre-engineering building steel procedures & limitation & standard connection details
- Preparation of design calculations
- Review Approval for correctness & completeness as per the design requirements & sign on them for acceptance before they are released
- Consult with the design supervisor/ team leader for clarifications/missing information to make sure the design is done correct and on schedule
- Makes preliminary designs for quotations as requested by sales/sales support for the purpose of quantity calculations in accordance with the PIF (Project Information Form)
- Reviews PIF for completeness & discuss with Supervisor for missing information or complex situations where assistance is needed
- Fills in the estimate break down sheet where the quantity of each component is listed separately & clearly for each area (or) phase of the project
- Notify the Team Leader/ Design Supervisor through email for any special materials/buyout used in the current job

Our key requirements

- Having 5 to 7 years' experience at the same position
- Graduate from Ho Chi MInh City Technology or Architectural University
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
- Have knowledge of Auto Cad, Ms. Office & Engineering Software (SAP, Staadpro,…)
