A leading real estate developer. They are looking for a Senior Property and Customer Service Manager who will be responsible for managing and building a healthy relationship with customers.

Your key responsibilities

- Build up the regulation, procedure and guideline for Customer Service and Property operations
- Plan and control budget for building operation to ensure the efficiency
- Lead and supervise Building Managers to run the buildings: office staffs, technical section, cleaner, security, garbage collector, etc.
- Provide direction and clear solution for customer’s enquiries and complains
- Manage the maintenance, repair building and all of the equipped assets and facilities
- Conduct meeting with contractors to follow and resolve all the damages and incidents during guarantee period
- Receive and resolve residents' matters
- In charge of selection and training management – operation team
- Prepare reports in monthly/quarterly in financial management of operation building
- Make transaction with local government and other related parties

Our key requirements

- Possess certification of building management
- Good communication in English
- Have at least 5 year's experience in the same position taking after apartment building
- Problem-solving, communication, time management skills
- Well organized, can work independently or in team settings
- Willing to work overtime whenever needed
