A major Vietnamese-based steel manufacturing and construction company that specializes in the Design, Fabrication and Erection of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings

Your key responsibilities

- Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions;
- Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, ICCC… through different ways including customer visits, cold calls, products/solutions presentation
- Manage and interpret customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
- Prepare information for and participate in Project bidding
- Project Schedule planning and forecast
- Monitor master schedules and deliveries (to follow up with client)
- Monitor change orders and variations / make contract addendum's and price variation accordingly
- Collect competitors and customer feedback information; analyze and do appropriate action plan
- Prepare PIF based on customer’s requirements and send to Sales Support for further process
- Prepare, negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs
- Negotiate and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Administer client accounts
- Record and maintain client contact data
- Update the ICCC list and LQR (Lost Quote Report) for all quotations lost and outstanding PCVs bimonthly and make sure that the information is accurate, complete and up-to-date
- Provide after-sales technical assistance and product education
- Provides training and producing support material for new members of the sales team.

Our key requirements

- Have 3 to 5 years' experience in pre-engineering buildings
- Have thorough knowledge of sales techniques with minimum 2 years' in Sales of project or buildings construction or steel buildings
- Hold a University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture with strong selling abilities
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
