Your key responsibilitiesAs the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for Vietnam sales growth of the company's Knitting Division by selling to direct customers within Knitting industry and pushing sales through distributors’ engagement. You will:
- Manage a sales team consisted of Sales Managers and Technical Managers across nationwide and direct reports to General Director (Vietnam) and Senior Area Sales Manager (Germany)
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within as assigned territory and market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and related services
- Personally contacts and secures new business customers
Our key requirements- Have at least 8-10 years experience in sales development for spare-parts/machinery for a foreign company in Vietnam
- Hold a University degree
- Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning marketing strategies
- Excellent English communication skills. Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially with foreigner customers
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on an independent basis
