A global FMCG company is looking for Market research manager who is in charge of consumer insight for brand and trade projects. This person will work in HCMC, report directly to Head of Market Research

Job Description
As A Market Research Manager, you will:
Provide support in the design, collection, management, analysis and reporting of consumer and market knowledge leading to extraction of relevant and actionable consumer insights.
Based on the knowledge gaps - recommend relevant research methodology and actively participate in questionnaire/discussion guide design to ensure the study objectives are addressed.
Ensure accurate raw research data for analysis and quality and timely reporting delivery addressing set objectives and business needs.
Consolidate and contextualize local consumer insights, identify business implications & opportunities.
Actively contribute to the ongoing development of marketing strategies and activity plans by proactively providing necessary back-up information needed for decision-making.

Requirements
• Solid background in research techniques and consumer/ brand/ trade analysis in FMCG company
• Good understanding of operational constraints and practical application of research to solve business problems
• Ability to focus on the detailed tasks to achieve specific outcome
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate comfortably to all levels across functions.
